A development of the most
contemptible 'modern' exteriors located in the heart of Orchard. With an
all-white and glass facade and a sterilized homogeneity; the atmosphere inside
the development surprisingly exudes an air of luxury and exclusivity. (It's
probably not that surprising though considering that the developers were also
responsible for Ardmore Park which to this day retains the image of being the
most exclusive development in town).
The exclusivity of the development
is conveyed right as one drives into the carpark- with its own concierge at
every lobby; the lift lobbies are well-designed with ambient lighting and a nice
contrast of raw granite walls and marble flooring. All units come with a private
lift lobby. Kitchen has a well-thought out layout; with a portable island table
of stainless steel and separate wet and dry kitchens. Toilets are luxuriously
big- one of my favourite features of the development; with a standalone bath and
glass doors.
With full condominium
facilities; the well-equipped gymnasium caters to the development's target
demographic- the young and well heeled with its plasma screen tv and headphones
by the treadmills.
